Acupuncture is the use of needles on pressure points in the body to relieve not only stress, but medical problems as well. This is an ancient Chinese practice that is said to be an alternative to traditional medicine, but it does seem to have some validity. Yoga is a type of exercise that relaxes the body and mind while toning it. This is commonly done as a relaxation technique with a stress on breathing exercises.

People can find happiness in all sorts of places. If we could learn from the children previously discussed, even adults could find pleasure in life's little things. Maybe a 35 year old housewife could smile at the thought of a warm spring day and playing in the grass. The joys of life are there to be found, people just need to keep looking.
